Submission Notes
It has come to our attention that many authors need sufficient time to arrange visas and get lower airfare.
Therefore, the Full Paper will be reviewed as it comes in. The review period may take at least one to two weeks, depending on the review bidding process, reviewer availability, and scheduling.
Or, authors may submit an abstract first, and then a full paper later. Abstracts will be reviewed quickly – usually within a week. If an Abstract is accepted, after registration, authors will receive an invitation letter to assist with travel plans and visa application. To be included in the conference proceedings, authors must submit their Full Paper by the deadline for peer review.
When submitting a manuscript, please specify any specific requests in the submission. The processing period will be based on the actual time required.

Each paper must undergo an institutional confidentiality review by the authors' institution and receive approval from the authors' respective institutions before being submitted for the conference.
How to Submit
Only original papers will be considered for presentation and publication. The manuscripts must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, and must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.

*All submissions should be prepared in the format specified above, which is the Springer CCIS format.
Double Blind Submissions
The identities of both authors and reviewers remain hidden from each other throughout the review process. You may keep only the names and affiliations on the first page of your manuscript. (These will be removed or covered when the manuscript is sent to reviewers, though the original version will be retained as metadata.) The remainder of the manuscript must not disclose any personal information about the authors or hint at their identity. Additionally, if a paper is accepted, the complete list of authors in the final camera-ready manuscript must be identical to the metadata.
During this stage, each paper will be evaluated by 2–3 technical experts, who will provide thorough and constructive feedback. To ensure focused and detailed evaluations, each reviewer is assigned a manageable load of 5 papers.
Reviewing Criteria
① Originality
The paper should be original, offer novel ideas or achieve advances in specific research areas. A paper will be excluded from the proceedings if the paper is found to be automatically generated, presents plagiarized work, or fails to meet the content standard expected after peer review.
② Relevance to the Conference Scope
The research presented in the accepted paper should be relevant to the overarching theme of the conference.
③ Significance
The paper should contain valid analysis and solid experiment design and should make a sufficient impact on the research field covered.

⑤ Discussion and Conclusions
The conclusion should succinctly summarize key findings, directly relate to the study's objectives, and highlight the broader significance and potential impact of the research. The limitations should be acknowledged, and implications for practice or future research should be discussed.
⑥ Proper Citation
The references should be relevant, accurate, up-to-date, and formatted consistently, supporting the paper's claims and following the correct citation style (e.g., APA, MLA).
⑦ Paper Format
Each paper should adhere to the format specified in the Full Paper Template.
